Nome do capítulo no toc

Question

Preciso que os autores sejam escritos no índice antes do nome do capítulo. Além disso, os nomes dos autores estão escritos em negrito, e o nome do capítulo em itálico como na foto.

Não consegui processar seu MWE conforme fornecido porque não tinha as fontes que você estava usando, então comentei-as.

No final, mudei sua \thirdchaptermacro para dar o tipo de entrada que você queria no ToC.

Não tenho ideia de como você deseja que os títulos dos capítulos apareçam no corpo do documento, mas adicionei um capítulo que pelo menos insere o que você deseja no ToC.
