Nota: ` Eu acho que o principal problema é a versão do Tensorflow. Usei alguns comandos e estão abaixo,

conda create -n tf tensorflow
conda activate tf

e também usei o comando abaixo

conda create -n tf-gpu tensorflow-gpu
conda activate tf-gpu

Mas não funciona, por favor ajude para resolver o erro.

Você precisa atualizar o TensorFlow. Você pode tentar com

pip install tensorflow==2.0.0

ou, se você usar a versão gpu

pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.0.0

você precisa atualizar a versão do seu TensorFlow. Para mim, 2.2.0 resolveu o problema. Também verifiquei com as versões superiores e funcionou bem.

pip install tensorflow==2.2.0

ou

pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.2.0
