Cowplot plot_grid (): Titel im Plot
Ich versuche, einen Titel in ein zusammengesetztes Diagramm aufzunehmen, das mit erstellt wurde plot_grid(). Ich habe sowohl die im cowplotReferenzhandbuch hier von @Claus Wilke vorgeschlagene Lösung als auch die hier als Teil der Fragen selbst vorgeschlagene Problemumgehung (Extrahieren des Titels aus einem leeren ggplotObjekt) ausprobiert .
In beiden Fällen kann ich ein Objekt nur mit dem Titel erstellen. Wenn ich jedoch versuche, es zusammen mit zwei anderen Objekten in ein einspaltiges Diagramm aufzunehmen, passiert etwas Seltsames. Wenn ich versuche, es oben einzufügen (z. B. plot_grid()Parameter angeben rel_heights(0.1,1,0.5), ähnlich wie der erste Link, den ich oben gepostet habe, enthält die Ausgabe nur Leerzeichen. Umgekehrt, wenn ich versuche, die Reihenfolge der Diagramme umzukehren (dh den Titel unten einzuschließen) die Hauptdarstellungen), die Ausgabe ist genau so, wie sie sein sollte, und der Titel wird unter den Darstellungen dargestellt.
Irgendeine Idee, warum das passiert? Mein Setup unterscheidet sich nicht wesentlich von den Beispielen in den Referenzen, die ich aufgenommen habe, mit Ausnahme der Ausrichtung des Hauptdiagramms (das als einzelne Spalte und nicht als einzelne Zeile gerastert wird).
