안녕하세요, 내 플롯에서 geom_segment를 열별로 정렬하려면 도움이 필요합니다 end_scaffold.

트릭은 전체 data.frame이 아닌의 수준 을 재정렬하는 입니다 molecule. 대신에

tab <- tab[with(tab, order(-end_scaff,-end_gene)), ]
