Problema ao executar o pdflatex

Eu sou novo no látex e tenho alguns problemas quando tento executar um código de látex no TexStudio.
Escrevi o seguinte programa de látex no TexStudio:

\documentclass{article}
\begin{document}
    Hello world
\end{document}

e quando tento executá-lo, TexStudio me mostra o seguinte erro:

Could not start Build & View:PdfLatex:
pdflatex.exe -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode
"<FileName>".tex

Estou usando o TexLive no Windows.
Já adicionei C: \ texlive \ 2020 \ bin \ win32 ao PATH,
e em TexStudio -> Opções -> Configurar TexStudio -> Comandos -> PdfLatex, escrevi:

pdflatex.exe -synctex=1 -interaction=nonstopmode %.tex

Quando executo o teste pdflatex no cmd, recebo:

This is pdfTeX, Version 3.14159265-2.6-1.40.21 (TeX Live 2020/W32TeX) (preloaded format=pdflatex)

I can't find the format file `pdflatex.fmt'!

Alguém por favor pode me ajudar ?

Tentei usar MikTex em vez de TexLive e funciona agora.
