Modern Bölüm Başlığı

Question

Aşağıdaki resimde gördüğünüz bu bölüm başlık tasarımını tekrarlamak istiyorum. Sanırım titlesec gitmek için bir yoldur, ancak bölüm adını ve bölüm numarasını hizalamada sorun yaşıyorum. Ayrıca, sayıyla çakışmaması için çok uzun bölüm başlıklarını nasıl kullanıyorsunuz?
