XSD dosyası Python ile nasıl ayrıştırılır

İçerideki 3 ismi almak için aşağıdaki XSD'yi nasıl ayrıştırabilirim <xsd:complexType name="Register-Type" abstract="true">

"Ölçüler", "açıklama" ve "notlar" adlarını almak ve her birini csv'de bir sütuna koymak istiyorum (başka bilgi yok, sadece bu 3 isim şimdilik başlık olarak gösteriliyor).

Lxml kullanmaya çalışıyorum ama istediğim özel complexType etiketine nasıl gireceğimi bilmiyorum.
