Moderne Kapitelüberschrift

Question

Ich möchte dieses Kapitel-Header-Design replizieren, das Sie im Bild unten sehen. Ich denke, Titelsec ist der richtige Weg, aber ich habe Probleme, den Kapitelnamen und die Kapitelnummer aufeinander abzustimmen. Wie gehen Sie mit sehr langen Kapiteltiteln um, damit sie nicht mit der Nummer kollidieren?
