Python, error al instalar matplotlib

Versión de Python: 3.9.0

Código de error:

ERROR: Command errored out with exit status 1: python setup.py egg_info Check the logs for full command output. 

Lo intenté:

python -m pip install -U pip
python -m pip install -U matplotlib

no funcionó.

y luego probé:

pip install --upgrade setuptools

no resolvió el problema.

Leí SO que tal vez si abro el shell en modo administrador podría resolver el problema, pero tampoco funcionó.

Vi a alguien mencionar ez-setup para este código de error. Lo instalé pero eso tampoco funcionó.

No sé si tiene algo que hacer, pero mi directorio C se ve así:

C:\Users\METİNUSTA

Tiene un carácter i mayúscula que a veces puede causar problemas con las aplicaciones. No puedo cambiarlo porque estoy usando la clave de Windows de mi escuela y no me permite hacer ningún cambio. Debido a esto, instalé Python en D:.

matplotlib aún no ha hecho una rueda para la versión 3.9, por lo que su python intentó compilarla desde la fuente. Deberías cambiar a Python 3.8 y luego todo debería funcionar

Esto se debe a que matplotlib no tiene ruedas 3.9.

Para mayor comodidad en el uso de matplotlib, puede instalar anaconda. En el entorno de anaconda matplotlib, numpy y pandas están disponibles de forma predeterminada para Python instalado en Anaconda. O puede usar versiones inferiores de Python.
