Judul Bab Modern

Question

Saya ingin meniru desain header bab ini seperti yang Anda lihat pada gambar di bawah. Saya kira judulec adalah cara yang harus dilakukan tetapi saya mengalami masalah dalam menyelaraskan nama bab dan nomor bab. Juga, bagaimana Anda menangani judul bab yang sangat panjang, sehingga tidak bertabrakan dengan nomornya?
