chapterbib falla con subdirectorios y latexmk

Tengo un diseño bastante simple con el que estoy tratando de trabajar latexmk. ¿Qué estoy haciendo mal?

EDITAR: Ejemplos modificados con el resultado del último avance realizado. all.bibtenía que estar enlazado al chapterssubdirectorio, y -fse requería en latexmk.

Aunque esto genera prácticamente el resultado deseado, yo diría que las cosas se están haciendo mal, porque -fes necesario, y la numeración de las referencias es constante (en lugar de específica por capítulo).

Intenté omitirlo \bibliographystyledel capítulo y cambiarlo a \bibliography{../all}... sin éxito.

Con chapterbib, debe haber un \bibliographystylecomando para cada capítulo/bibliografía incluido. También debería haber uno al principio del documento si está generando un bibliográfico separado para todo el documento. Al generar el bib de documento completo, bibtex se quejará de múltiples comandos \bibdata[from \bibliography] y \bibstyle[aka \bibliographystyle], pero completará su trabajo correctamente.

Resulta que latexmk conoce chapterbib y ejecuta bibtex en cada archivo incluido por separado, y también en todo el documento. El problema es que ve los mensajes de error de bibtex, piensa que son fatales y aborta. Dado que latexmk ya reconoce chapterbib, debería ser posible solucionar el problema con bastante facilidad. Mientras tanto, ejecute latexmk con la opción "-f". La documentación de latexmk dice

-f Forzar a latexmk a continuar con el procesamiento de documentos a pesar de los errores.

Eso es un poco torpe porque no se detendrá por ningún error. Dado que la pregunta original (o editada) implica que se usó "-f", el resultado final debería ser correcto, ¡a pesar de los mensajes de error! De hecho (según la edición de la pregunta), la opción "-gg" es útil si continúa después de ejecuciones fallidas de latexmk.

Todavía hay un problema con el documento que no es evidente en su forma reducida. Todas las bibliografías utilizan un formato numerado en orden, por lo que la bibliografía general final necesitará números diferentes de las bibliografías de los capítulos, excepto en el caso más simple, como se muestra.
