Error de URL de IIS de Windows 10 - Python Flask Rest API

Question

Esta es mi aplicación de API de descanso de Python de muestra. He alojado esta aplicación en Windows 10 IIS.

La primera ruta solo funciona y la ruta restante no funciona.

Necesita modificar el resourceType:

    <handlers>
      <add name="FlaskFastCGI" path="*" verb="*" modules="FastCgiModule" scriptProcessor="C:\Python27\python.exe|C:\Python27\lib\site-packages\wfastcgi.pyc" resourceType="Unspecified" requireAccess="Script" />
    </handlers>

Debe modificar el valor de resourceType a Unspecified.
