Cowplot plot_grid (): Judul dalam plot
Saya mencoba memasukkan judul dalam grafik rakitan yang dibuat menggunakan plot_grid(). Saya mencoba kedua solusi yang diusulkan dalam cowplotpanduan referensi di sini oleh @Claus Wilke, dan solusi yang disarankan di sini sebagai bagian dari pertanyaan itu sendiri (mengekstrak judul dari ggplotobjek kosong ).
Dalam kedua kasus tersebut, saya dapat membuat objek dengan judul saja. Namun, ketika saya mencoba memasukkannya ke dalam grafik satu kolom bersama dengan dua objek lainnya, sesuatu yang aneh terjadi. Jika saya mencoba untuk memasukkannya di atas (misalnya menentukan plot_grid()parameter rel_heights(0.1,1,0.5), mirip dengan apa yang disarankan oleh tautan pertama yang saya posting di atas, keluarannya hanya menyertakan beberapa ruang kosong. Sebaliknya, Jika saya mencoba membalik urutan plot (yaitu termasuk judul di bawah) plot utama), hasilnya persis seperti yang seharusnya, dan judulnya diplot di bawah plot.
Ada ide mengapa ini terjadi? pengaturan saya tidak terlalu berbeda dari contoh yang dibuat dalam referensi yang saya sertakan, kecuali untuk orientasi grafik utama (yang di-grid sebagai kolom tunggal daripada dalam satu baris)
