Pembaruan batch Codeigniter untuk kotak centang

Saya mengalami situasi seperti ini, saya ingin memperbarui beberapa data yang inputnya kotak centang, saya mencoba kode ini di bawah ini. Data sudah disimpan di database, tetapi data disimpan di baris lain,
Sebagai contoh: Saya mencentang warna merah, kuning dan abu-abu untuk BirdA dan saya mencentang warna gelap dan biru untuk BirdD pada saat yang bersamaan. Dalam database, warna untuk BirdA disimpan dengan benar, tetapi untuk burung ke-2, gelap dan biru disimpan di BirdB ( Harus disimpan di BirdD )
Saya ingin menyelesaikan masalah saya di atas, jadi data harus disimpan di tempat yang tepat di database. Silakan periksa kode saya di bawah ini:
