Nombre del capítulo en el toc

Question

Necesito que los autores estén escritos en la tabla de contenido antes del nombre del capítulo. Además, los nombres de los autores están escritos en negrita y el nombre del capítulo en cursiva como en la foto.

Al final, cambié tu \thirdchaptermacro para dar el tipo de entrada que querías en el ToC.

No tengo idea de cómo desea que se vean los títulos de los capítulos en el cuerpo del documento, pero agregué un capítulo que al menos inserta lo que desea en la TdC.
