establecer el nivel de factor en ggplot2
Hola, necesitaría ayuda para ordenar geom_segment en mi gráfico por la columna end_scaffold.
Aquí está el código que utilicé para producir la siguiente gráfica:

¿Alguien tiene una idea para ordenar geom_segmentpor la columna end_scaffold(descendente) (donde scaffold_1254debería estar en la parte superior de la trama y scaffold_74038debería estar en la parte inferior)?

Para obtener una solución dentro de ggplot, puede eliminar el limitsa scale_y_discrete(se reordenaría en función de los niveles de factor) y usarlo y = reorder(molecule, end_scaff)dentro de aes:

El truco consiste en reordenar los niveles de molecule, no todo el data.frame. En vez de

mol <- unique(tab$molecule[i]) tab$molecule <- factor(tab$molecule, levels = mol)
