Nota: ` Creo que el problema principal es la versión de Tensorflow. Usé algunos comandos y eso es abajo,

conda create -n tf tensorflow
conda activate tf

y también usé el siguiente comando

conda create -n tf-gpu tensorflow-gpu
conda activate tf-gpu

Pero no funciona, ayuda para resolver el error.

Necesitas actualizar TensorFlow. Puedes probar con

pip install tensorflow==2.0.0

o, si usa la versión gpu

pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.0.0

necesitas actualizar la versión de tu TensorFlow. Para mí, 2.2.0 resolvió el problema. También verifiqué con las versiones superiores y funcionó bien.

pip install tensorflow==2.2.0

o

pip install tensorflow-gpu==2.2.0
