SwiftUI - desvanece un ScrollView

Tengo un gráfico de gran tamaño generado, que coloco en un ScrollView para que el usuario pueda desplazarse hacia la derecha y ver todos los valores. Me gustaría indicarle al usuario que hay "más por venir" a la derecha desvaneciendo el ScrollView. Algo en Swift fue fácil al aplicar CAGradientLayer.

Mi enfoque fue aplicar una superposición con un degradado de transparente (comenzando en el 80%) al color de fondo del sistema (terminando en el 100%). El resultado se puede ver en la captura de pantalla adjunta.

No problema. 1: No parece que debería verse.

No problema. 2: A pesar de aplicar zIndex de -1 a la superposición, ScrollView ya no se desplazará tan pronto como se aplique una superposición.

¿Alguna idea de cómo lograr esto? ¡Gracias!

Ok, se conoce el problema de SwiftUI que no pasa algunos gestos a través de superposiciones incluso transparentes.

Aquí hay un posible enfoque para resolver esto: la idea es tener un degradado para cubrir solo la ubicación del borde pequeño, de modo que se pueda acceder directamente a otra parte de la vista de desplazamiento (sí, bajo el degradado aún no se podrá arrastrar, pero es una parte pequeña).

Demo preparada y probada con Xcode 11.7 / iOS 13.7
