Problema de CiviCase al ver el archivo del caso

Tengo un problema importante con Civicase,

Cada vez que intento ver o buscar un archivo de caso, aparece un error. No tengo problemas para crear nuevos archivos de casos, no tengo problemas para crear nuevos tipos de casos, pero en el momento en que intento revisar un archivo de casos, aparece un error.

Según el traceroute, dice que se niega el acceso a mi nombre de usuario / contraseña SQL. Pero no puedo entender por qué ocurre eso solo cuando intento ver el archivo de un caso ... Por favor, ayúdame

Estoy bastante seguro de que es porque el propietario de las vistas de la base de datos es un usuario de la base de datos diferente (¿tal vez se mudó o importó de algún lugar?). CiviCase usa vistas mysql.

Puede deshabilitar civicase y luego volver a habilitar para recrear las vistas.

O modifique el "DEFINER" directamente en la base de datos para las vistas civicrm_view_case_activity_upcoming y civicrm_view_case_activity_recent.
