Impossible d'installer platformio-ide-terminal dans Atom

Je suis un débutant en python et je viens de commencer à l'apprendre depuis hier et je suis confronté à l'erreur ci-dessous:

Le même problème m'est arrivé aujourd'hui. Maintenant, après l'avoir désinstallé, je ne peux pas le réinstaller. Dans certaines discussions sur github, j'ai vu que certains suggéraient de désinstaller atom, puis de réinstaller la version précédente d'atome.
