Problème avec l'installation de powercli dans docker

J'ai installé PowerShell sur l'image docker php et j'essaie maintenant d'installer VMWare PowerCLI J'obtiens l'erreur suivante à la ligne 44

Je ne pouvais pas comprendre comment résoudre. Toute aide est très appréciée.

Mettre à jour Pour supprimer l'erreur précédente, j'ai utilisé 0 au lieu de $ false Le fichier dockerfile modifié est comme ci-dessous:
