immagini a capo automatico in tcolorbox

Question

Voglio creare un tcolorbox personalizzato che abbia un'icona nell'angolo in alto a sinistra. Per semplicità userò alcune tikzpicture per illustrare cosa intendo. Ma leggendo il manuale di tcolorbox non riesco a trovare un modo per fare in modo che il testo nella casella racchiuda la figura. L'unico modo per inserire la figura nel riquadro è inserire il contenuto dell'intero riquadro tramite "leftupper = [length]".
