r markdown longtable + horizontal kable caption width encogimiento (ya no es el ancho de la página)

Question

Estoy tratando de usar longtable y lanscape juntos para una tabla amplia que abarca varias páginas. Cuando hago esto, el título de la tabla va desde el ancho completo de la página hasta simplemente aplastado en el medio de la página.

He intentado utilizar las siguientes sugerencias sin éxito. R Ancho del título de la tabla de Markdown con kable y longtable

Soy nuevo en r markdown, y no estoy familiarizado en absoluto con latek, por lo que seguir las instrucciones anteriores ha sido confuso para mí, aunque he probado todas las opciones que creo que son correctas. ¿Alguien puede darme instrucciones paso a paso muy explícitas sobre dónde y qué poner en el YAML para solucionar este problema? ¿O alguien tiene otra solución? Gracias por tu ayuda
