Nom du chapitre dans la toc

Question

J'ai besoin que les auteurs soient écrits dans la table des matières avant le nom du chapitre. De plus, les noms des auteurs sont écrits en gras, et le nom du chapitre en italique comme sur la photo.

À la fin, j'ai changé votre \thirdchaptermacro pour donner le type d'entrée que vous vouliez dans la ToC.

Je n'ai aucune idée de comment vous voulez que les titres des chapitres apparaissent sur le corps du document, mais j'ai ajouté un chapitre qui insère au moins ce que vous voulez dans la ToC.
