Devo dimostrare che il dominio definito dal semicerchio unitario: $\left \{ \left ( x,y \right )\in \mathbb{R}^2: x^2+y^2\leq 1, x\geq 0 \right \}$
per la funzione $f:D\rightarrow \mathbb{R}$ è chiuso (la funzione è $f(x,y)=2xy^2-2x^2$), così posso sostenere che la funzione ha un valore min / max. Ho dimostrato che è limitato e continuo.

dove $g : \mathbb{R}^2 \rightarrow \mathbb{R}^2$è la funzione continua definita per tutti$(x,y) \in \mathbb{R}^2$ di $$g(x,y)=(x^2+y^2,x)$$
