Rotazione dello sfondo all'interno di ImageView (Android Studio - Java)

Question

Sto cercando di sviluppare un'applicazione Android. Tuttavia, ho riscontrato un problema ed è che voglio ruotare lo sfondo quadrato colorato di 360 gradi. Sarà un effetto di animazione. Ruota continuamente. È possibile?

Ho provato view.animate (). Rotate () ma ovviamente ruota imageview. Voglio solo ruotare lo sfondo disegnabile in ImageView.
