spiacente non c'è soluzione perché matplotlib non è ancora supportato da python 3.9

puoi risolvere questo problema degradando la tua versione di python a 3.85 o 3.5

in realtà python 3.9 è nuovo, ecco perché la ruota non è supportata da matplotlib
