Sono stato inchiodato da questo stesso errore questa mattina; dopo 4 ore di tentativi di tentativi e di esaurimento delle mie donazioni di swearbox per il mese, sono incappato in una soluzione.

Ho installato Python3 tramite homebrew, ma Xcode 12 è stato aggiornato durante il fine settimana e l'ha dirottato sulla mia macchina. Qualunque sia l'installazione Xcode di Python 3 inclusa, cerca anche di impostare CFLAGS che contengono l'architettura ARM - e questo sta causando l'errore.

Se lo esegui python3 -m sysconfig, produrrà un enorme elenco di variabili. Fai una scansione di loro e se punta alla tua installazione XCode di python invece di una nella tua, /usr/local/{wherever brew installed version 3.x of python}allora potrebbe essere lo stesso problema.

Alla fine ho risolto questo problema:

• disattivando il mio virtualenv per questo progetto
• eliminando la cartella virtualenv per il progetto
• ha eseguito il brew doctor e ha seguito i consigli per assicurarsi che le cartelle ei collegamenti giusti siano impostati
• assicurandomi che export PATH=/usr/local/bin:/usr/local/sbin:~/bin:$PATHsia all'inizio del mio .zshrc (o se stai ancora usando bash, .bash_profile) aggiornamenti del percorso
• avviare una nuova finestra di terminale
• controllando il pitone a cui sto puntando è quello con cui infuso which python3

• poi finalmente pip3 install -r requirements.txt

Ho avuto questo problema. Mi sembrava di usare brews python3, quindi ero confuso.

Per risolverlo ho installato python 3.8.3 tramite pyenv e ho creato un virtualenv con which python 3.8e in quel venv ho potuto installare mysqlclient.
