A instalação do OpenCV falha porque não consegue encontrar “skbuild”

Eu tenho uma imagem docker que preciso instalar o openCV nela e, desde ontem, começou a falhar porque não conseguiu encontrar o módulo "skbuild":

E no host também não consigo encontrar esse módulo e ele pip searchnão retorna nada ou retorna um erro de servidor:

Isso é porque o servidor deles está com problemas ou está relacionado ao meu pip?

Eu tentei em diferentes versões de python e pip, python versões 3.6 e 3.7 e pip versão 19.12 e 20.2.2 e 9.0.1 (a imagem interna).

Eu adicionei pip install scikit-builduma etapa antes da instalação do opencv, mas recebo outro erro relacionado ao cmake:

Se você ler o opencv-python pacote de perguntas frequentes no PyPI , ele fornece claramente uma resposta para este problema específico: você deve executar pip install --upgrade pip. Verifique a pipversão depois com pip -V.

Isso ocorre porque o seu pipé muito antigo para entender o novo manylinux2014formato do pacote e tenta compilar a partir do código-fonte. Isso também falhará porque pipé muito antigo para entender como usar pyproject.tomlpara instalar dependências de compilação, como scikit-build.

Outro problema que estou identificando é que você instala o opencv-pythone opencv-contrib-python. Você não deve fazer isso. Também é explicado na página PyPI dos pacotes. Provavelmente, você deve usar apenas o opencv-contrib-python-headlesspacote, já que está usando o Docker e suponho que não use as funcionalidades da GUI do OpenCV.

skbuild é para construção Scikit.

Instale-o usando pip:

Quanto às janelas: pip install scikit-build

Após a instalação bem-sucedida:

pip install cmake
