Quando si tenta di ospitare un'API su App Engine, continua a essere visualizzato il seguente errore. Il programma veniva eseguito su Flask che funzionava ma molto lento.

App Engine richiede che il tuo main.pyfile dichiari una appvariabile che corrisponde a un'applicazione WSGI .

Poiché FastAPI è un framework web asincrono, non è compatibile con WSGI (che è sincrono).

L'opzione migliore sarebbe utilizzare un servizio come Cloud Run , che ti consentirebbe di definire il tuo runtime e utilizzare un server HTTP asincrono compatibile con FastAPI.
