Saya memiliki kerangka data pemetaan dan bingkai data besar di mana setiap baris mewakili protein dengan urutannya.

Saya ingin cara yang efisien untuk memetakan urutan ke nilai yang sesuai dengan asam amino berdasarkan kerangka data pemetaan.
