Intestazione del capitolo moderno

Question

Vorrei replicare il design dell'intestazione di questo capitolo che vedi nell'immagine qui sotto. Immagino che titoliec sia la strada da percorrere, ma ho problemi ad allineare il nome del capitolo e il numero del capitolo. Inoltre, come gestisci i titoli dei capitoli molto lunghi, in modo che non entrino in conflitto con il numero?
