Question

下の写真にあるこの章のヘッダーデザインを複製したいと思います。titlesecが進むべき道だと思いますが、チャプター名とチャプター番号を揃えるのに問題があります。また、非常に長い章のタイトルをどのように処理して、番号と衝突しないようにしますか？
