Errore di ResourceDeploymentFailure durante l'automazione della griglia di eventi

Question

Sto lavorando all'automazione della sottoscrizione alla griglia di eventi tramite modelli ARM. Stiamo usando EventGridTrigger in Funzioni di Azure V2. Ho provato di seguito due approcci e ho ottenuto lo stesso errore per entrambi gli approcci:
