I am 14 years old and in one eye I have 0.75 and in other 0.50 is it necessary to wear glasses all the time?

It is a small power and not necessary for room vision, and even if comfortable when reading, it can be avoided.

But you will be better when using it for distant work, black boards, seeing movies, tv etc

For younger people (<22 years), its recommended to wear spec even with small powers so that there is no vision issue when reading/studying and cornea of eyes are strong enough to adopt to vision correction.
