Even if just your picture is copied and used for clickbait on a dating site in lower Uzbekistan, it happens and you will often never know about it.

If you know the identity of the user and their address, take it to a lawyer and let them "tell the user". If you're a victim of identity theft and fraud, the kind that involves actual loss of money, talk to the police.

In the meantime, consider changing your password/s and being a little less forthcoming with your identity and image. This crap happens. Everywhere.
