Ci è stato detto... e insegnato a non piangere... siamo ridicolizzati se lo facciamo... giusto? COSÌ... che essendo radicati in noi... letteralmente NON POSSIAMO... a volte... o la mente non ce lo permette. La mente subconscia non ce lo permette, a causa di considerazioni del genere.

Ma c'è qualcosa che puoi fare... ed è elaborare l'emozione che provi, indipendentemente dal fatto che tu pianga o meno... Che emozione è?

Intorpidimento emotivo? Vuoto? Vuoto dentro? Il nulla??? Tristezza? C'è una perdita? Dolore? In tal caso, prenderesti di mira quell'emozione con una tecnica che elabora le emozioni. ne insegno uno...

Ha una causa che conosci o è... "di punto in bianco, senza una ragione apparente"? È solo l'emozione che provi, e nient'altro... questo si chiama Flashback Emotivo...

Have you ever heard of Emotional Charge? It is a psychology term for ..”Bottled up emotions”… Emotion means… Energy in Motion… so when this energy gets bottled up, it gives us a pressure, and this pressure can build and give us stress. Anger is a stress emotion. So is Hate… Pain and Hurt as well…and it gives us a shock…if you look at an incident… there was probably a shock at the beginning of it… that then changed into your emotional responses…

Now… The energy of an emotion, has an amount, intensity, frequency, and polarity… Anger is seen as a negative polarity emotion. So, emotions have a Charge… just like electricity… and so… Anger would be an Emotional Charge… it is an Energy Load, on us… NUMB…empty, hollow, nothingness…etc… would also be emotional charges.

Doing the technique addresses this Emotional Charge. It reduces it… it lessens, fades…and can stop… I have stopped my own Numb, Empty, and Hollow Episodes with the technique… I have PTSD… so I deal with stress. Anxiety. Depression..and even suicidal issues at times.

Whatever pain you're going through right now it sounds like right now you might be a little calloused to it. Which is not a bad thing gives you a little break and a chance for your body your mind and your heart to catch up to realize reality and it's time to move forward. You probably have a moment to release again and each time you do you'll feel a little bit more strength then you had before your cry. However now that I read some of the comments if you are not going through anyting and you're just crying before you get diagnosed from a doctor because there are a lot of doctors that do not know what an empath is. You ought to look up the traits of an empath because you could be highly sensitive two other people's energies and what an empath does is they are a sponge that absorbs energies from people around them and they will cry or they can even feel physical pain sometimes that isn't even theirs and their bodies do not know how to handle this emotion when it's not actually your own experience and you could be diagnosed with depression make sure it's not depression before you go and take medication for that because if you're an empath there's natural ways to guard yourself and not confuse your own emotions with other people's and guard yourself
